Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we will begin processing your order.

 

Order Shipment:

Our products ship directly from our suppliers. Some products ship to US addresses only. Products in this category are identified on the product description page. In stock orders are typically ready to ship within 2 to 3 business days except made to order products. Please allow up to 3 weeks for made to order items. Items that are made to order only are identified on the product description page. 

We will send a shipping notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at hello@orllie.com

Shipping within Canada: Free 

Import Duties: For deliveries to countries where import duties or clearance charges may apply, the customer bears the cost of such charges.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within the next 2-3 business days. If you have any questions regarding shipping, do not hesitate to email us at customercare@shoporalia.com.

 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@orllie.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
